MAISON FAYARD
Our passion for gastronomy and the French terroir, our knowledge of the Canadian market and products, the global expertise acquired over the years and collaborations have given us the desire to launch our own brands and ranges of exceptional French products. . We started a few years ago by creating Tentation Gastronomique, which is still our entry-level brand for terrines and sausages today.
To take our approach further, in 2017 we launched the brand Maison Fayard with the aim of becoming a reference brand of French products for Canadian consumers. We focused in our early days on pork and duck products, and quickly became the leading brand of French foie gras in Canada with our more than 40 references.

Maison Fayard today is foie gras, cold meats, meat, ready-to-eat products, rillettes and terrines as well as grocery products. It is on this last category of products that we wish to put the emphasis for our development. In 2021, more than 200 new references of oils, honeys, crisps, spreads for the aperitif and much more, will join our catalog.
